Vanessa Hudgens was impossible to miss this week.  The Beastly star took New York Fashion Week by storm, hitting nearly every Fall 2011 show in next season's fashions, and still had time to get inked in a tattoo parlor. Though some of her looks were luscious, the High School Musical grad experienced the biggest fashion flop of the week at courtesy of Anna Sui, hitting the designer's show dressed in a 1970's style pajama party ensemble.

And leave it to Lady Gaga to up the wacky factor!  After her egg-celent entrance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, she definitely woke up the country Thursday morning during a Good Morning America appearance, dressed up as a human condom.  Only the sassy singer would think to promote safe sex with such a creative costume!

And while Elisabetta Canalis steamed up the Sanremo Music Festival in a slew of gorgeous Roberto Cavalli gowns, the latest flock of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition bikini babes strut their stuff in tiny dresses promoting the annual issue, which hit newsstands this week.
