UPDATE 2:01 pm PT: Lindsay Lohan has been remanded into custody. The judge set her bail at $20,000 after a stern admonishment to Lindsay. A hearing has been set for February 23, 2011 at 8:30am.
UPDATE 1:53 pm PT: Judge Keith Schwartz is on the bench, the lawyers are back in the courtroom and the hearing is about to begin.
UPDATE 1:33 pm PT: Danette Meyers and Shawn Chapman Holley just went into Judge Keith Schwartz's chambers. Lindsay is sitting at the counsel table alone. She is wearing at least seven bracelets on both arms. There are eight uniformed sheriffs in the courtroom.
UPDATE 1:26 pm PT: Lindsay is joking with her lawyer in the courtroom. The only thing she is carrying are her Chanel sunglasses. Judge Keith Schwartz is not on the bench yet and the LA County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers is not yet in the courtroom.
UPDATE 1:20 pm PT: Lindsay's bail bondsman David Perez just arrived in the courtroom. Lindsay is chatting with her lawyer while waiting for the hearing to start.
UPDATE 1:12 pm PT: Lindsay just walked into the courtroom in her white dress, still wearing her black sunglasses, accompanied by her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. According to the RadarOnline.com reporter in the courtroom Lindsay "looked stressed."
After Lindsay Lohan was charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice Beach, California, the Hollywood actress has arrived back at a Los Angeles court -- to find out whether she's headed to jail again.
Wearing a fashionable white dress, the actress, 24, arrived in a black SUV for a hearing before Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz, the latest bump in her ongoing probation.
Earlier, the Mean Girls star was ordered to appear at a hearing at the Airport Court at 1:30 p.m. PT.
Her bail has been set at $20,000.
