EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Won't Be Charged With Grand Theft - Today

Lindsay Lohan will not be charged with felony grand theft on Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
But the actress is not off the hook.
District Attorney spokesperson Jane Robison told RadarOnline.com: "Nothing will be filed today" in the Lohan case.
RadarOnline.com broke the world exclusive story that Linday is accused of stealing a necklace from a boutique. The necklace is worth $2,500 and there is video surveillance of her wearing it out of the store. There was rampant speculation Lindsay would be charged Monday.

A source connected to the situation tells us, "Charges will be filed against Lindsay this week. There are just some minor housekeeping issues to get ironed out on the case before it's filed."
