EXCLUSIVE: A Four-Legged Surprise & Other Last Minute Details Of Nicole Richie's Wedding

We hate to spoil a surprise but Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will have a fabulous trained elephant named Tai as part of their wedding celebration, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Tai was delivered to Nicole's dad Lionel Richie's Beverly Hills estate at 4:45 pm PST, a couple of hours in advance of the wedding's start time, and her owner told us exclusively Tai "is a surprise!"

Massive tents have taken over Lionel's yard and as RadarOnline.com reported earlier, a dance floor has been constructed over his swimming pool.

Long stem red roses from florist to the stars, Mark's Garden, have been delivered by the hundreds, and wedding planner to the stars Mindy Weiss has been on scene since late this morning.

Nicole, who has turned herself into a highly successful fashion designer, and her Good Charlotte rocker husband-to-be are the the parents of two children, Harlow, 2, and Sparrow 1, who are both expected to participate in the ceremony.
