After a few sun-filled days shooting a magazine cover in Mexico, Kate Gosselin returned to reality on Friday, stepping out in Pennsylvania to take her kids to a dentist appointment.

Kate traded in her colorful bikini for a business look, pairing a button-down blouse and black skirt with heels.

The four kids with her also stepped out in style: the two boys wore matching shorts and polo shirts while the two girls wore matching jean shorts and pink tops and shoes.
