When The Office star Angela Kinsey was asked if she had a secret to her great shape she told our Jessica Campbell, “I do not but I have a two year old and honestly she never stops moving. She wakes up and she jumps up, she does a cartwheel and rolls on the floor and there we go. That’s my day… just keeping up with her.”
Damages star Glenn Close stood in statuesque form and said, “Well you just have to be disciplined about what you eat… right.” Spoken like a true diva of the screen!
Nelson Ellis and Sam Trammell of HBO’s hit show True Blood also have their own way of staying fit for the cameras. Nelson has a trainer that keeps him in tip top shape, and Sam is an avid surfer who has even competed on occasion.
Jewel shined like a gem as she told us, “Right now I’m jogging. I’m on a motorcycle trip across the country with my husband. I’m riding a BMW 650 and he has a 1200 and it’s hard for me to work out in the gym. So I’ve been jogging everyday if I can. I try to catch yoga if there is one in town.”
The classic beauty Sarah Hyland said, “Nooooo, no, I.. .no, no” when asked if she was a workout queen. When asked if she just eats pizza and popcorn she exclaimed, “Yes!”
Mad Men stars Michael Gladis and Rich Sommer had a very different approach to their fitness and gave quite interesting answers with their comedic charm. Rich quipped, “We’re actually not allowed to work out being on the show. Our boss is pretty serious about us keeping sort of a normal human human figure, so I just try not to eat everything but I eat most of it. I am well hidden under this tux believe me.”
Michael also added, “I smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day have at least two drinks a night and try not to walk too much. If only that regimen would work for all of us!! It would be a mad, mad world… pass the Utz potato chips please.
