EXCLUSIVE: Lawyers for Mel Gibson and Oksana Facing Off In Court Thursday Afternoon

Lawyers for Mel Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva appeared in front of a judge Thursday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The couple were not present for the hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court. All reporters were asked to leave the room before the hearing fully began.

In the tape, Mel also tells Oksana that he will burn down her home.
