Phillips’ body and three others (Jennifer Lynn Ermey, Casey M. Barrientos and Milagrous Barrera) were recovered from the scene; officials said all of the victims were shot and killed before the house was set ablaze.

Phillips and Barrera were pregnant, and authorities have charged Tyner with six murder counts in total, to account for the unborn victims.
