Vicki Gunvalson claims that she is "moving on" with her new boyfriend, but is Brooks Ayers still in the picture? After the RHOC season premier trailer showed her telling Ayers, "I love you," RadarOnline.com has exclusive details about her on-going relationship with her ex.

Gunvalson finally broke up with Ayers after his cancer scam was busted last season, but he's definitely not out of her life just yet.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star was seen in a sneak peek of the upcoming season professing her love for Ayers.

"Brooks, it's Vicki. I believe you. I love you," she says in the clip.

But her rep insists that the bombshell moment was all a sham concocted by Bravo producers.

"Vicki was edited," her rep told RadarOnline.com. "They didn't show her telling him that she loves him just like she loves all of her other exes. She loves Donn Gunvalson too!"

Her rep also told RadarOnline.com that Ayers does not appear on camera during the RHOC season.

"Brooks isn't on but Vicki does talk to him. She did tell him she loves him because she does," the rep said.

Meanwhile, Gunvalson, 54, can't stop gushing on social media about her new boyfriend, Steve Lodge.
