Kim Kardashian West is being sued by California driver Rafael Linares, who claims the 35-year-old "negligently" ran into his car in 2014 — and RadarOnline.com has the court documents to prove it.

The accident occurred on March 11, 2014, on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. Kardashian reportedly collided with Linares' silver sedan while turning left in her black Mercedes G Wagon.

Though some reports claim that the mother-of-two had her turn signal on at the time, Linares maintains that Kardashian was driving recklessly.

"Plaintiff further alleges that Defendants, and each of them, owed a duty to operate the motor vehicle in a safe, prudent and reasonable manner in order to protect others from unreasonable risk of harm," the complaint, obtained by RadarOnline.com, read.

While there are limited specifics included in the juicy document, Linares cites "general negligence" as the leading cause behind his lawsuit, alleging that Kardashian knowingly caused him harm in their collision.

"Plaintiff further alleges that Defendants, each of them, breached their duty by negligently, recklessly, carelessly and unlawfully owning, operating, maintaining, servicing, entrusting and/or otherwise controlling said motor vehicle in such a manner so as to proximately cause the vehicle to collide with the vehicle occupied by the Injured Worker, Rafael Antonio Linares, thereby causing Injured Worker to sustain severe personal injuries," the suit, filed Tuesday, continued.

Linares later stated that he also holds Kardashian responsible for medical expenses, property damage, loss of income and impaired earning capacity, claiming he's been "deprived of earnings" since the accident.

"Plaintiff is informed, believes and thereon alleges that it will be required to pay further disability benefits and sums for medical care and treatment for an indefinite time in the future," the document read.
