Kim Kardashian Sued For 'Negligent' Driving In 2014 Car Collision

Kanye West isn't the only one in trouble! Kim Kardashian is being sued by California driver Rafael Linares, who claims the 35-year-old "negligently" ran into his car in 2014, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The incident occurred on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive, where photos obtained by E News! were taken on the scene.

Kardashian reportedly collided with Linares' approaching silver sedan (with the turn signal flashing) while turning left in her black Mercedes G Wagon.

In court documents from the personal injury lawsuit filed this month, Linares claims to have "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability."

Subsequently, Linares is suing for medical expenses, property damage, loss of income and impaired earning capacity, claiming he's been "deprived of earnings" since the collision.

Unfortunately for Kim, hubby Kanye hasn't been making her life any easier. The rapper's recent Twitter rants and backstage outbursts have nearly sent the reality star over the edge, as sources say she's been threatening divorce.
