Jenelle Evans is wanted for criminal domestic violence after an explosive fight last night with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith— but the Teen Mom 2 star is in no rush to turn herself in to police.

"She's turning herself in tomorrow at 11 am," a source close to the 23-year-old mother of two tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

But she isn't running from the law, the insider insists. Evans' pal swears she's innocent of Griffith's damning accusations, which include claims she scratched, punched and choked him outside his Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, home.

"There are a lot of lies in the police report," the source says. "Nathan set it all up. He'll do anything to make her look bad."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Evans tweeted a very different version of events to her fans this morning.

"Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck," a rep for Evans tweeted this morning. "Jenelle is seeking charges and is ready to get the truth out."

The pair, who share 10-month-old son Kaiser, split up in April.

There relationship had been rocky for months. Griffith was arrested for domestic violence in March after a violent fight with Evans that was witnessed by an MTV crew.

The charges were later dropped.
