The actor cited irreconcilable differences in documents filed Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles and obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The documents reveal Martinez is seeking to keep all money earned prior to the marriage and since the separation, along with miscellaneous jewelry and personal items.

He is also asking the judge to determine what spousal support be awarded to either party, if any.

Attorney's fees are to be paid by both parties.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the former couple had been on the rocks almost since the relationship began.

Among Berry's laundry list of complaints against Martinez is "his epic temper," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She is also very feisty and they would have screaming fights. There were also serious trust issues that Halle had because Olivier had been spending so much time in France. It was just a very toxic situation."

Story developing.
