Dolly Parton is confronting old age with a frozen expression on her face thanks to her extreme dedication to Botox, claims a top plastic surgeon.

The 71-year-old country superstar stunned onlookers at a recent appearance in L.A. after she showed up looking like she had gone overboard at her last treatment.

"Her face was so frozen, it looked like she had suffered a stroke, but she was perfectly fine," said one eyewitness.

Board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Lyle Back, revealed to RadarOnline.com that the famous fan of plastic surgery's immobile facial features were likely the result of overdoing her Botox.

"Dolly's appearance has been poisoned," said Back, who has not treated Parton. "She looks alarming."

Parton may not agree. She's long boasted about the many not-so-secret cosmetic procedures she's undergone through the years.

"Thanks to Botox and fillers, as well as the work that I've already had, my face pretty much maintains itself," she has said.
