Abby Lee Miller is flying away from her problems. Court papers exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal the Dance Moms star has booked multiple getaways before her October 11th sentencing after pleading guilty to fraud charges.
According to the court documents, Miller filed a motion for permission to travel for employment to Las Vegas, Nevada from June 27 to July 1, Tijuana, Mexico from July 2 to July 4, Las Vegas, Nevada again from July 10 to July 18 and Sandy, Utah from July 27 to July 29.
Miller, 49, is keeping herself busy in August as well, as she requested permission to travel to Boston, Massachusetts from August 11 to August 12, New York, NY on August 13, Westhampton Beach, New York on August 14, Long Island, New York on August 17 and Greenvale, New York on August 18.
But the dance teacher isn't keeping herself busy with only work obligations, as she asked to be allowed to travel to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, from August 8 to August 10 and Long Island, New York from August 15 to August 16 for "personal time."
The District Court For The Western District of Pennsylvania granted her motion to travel on the requested days.
The filing comes after Miller pled guilty to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.
She faces up to 30 months in prison and will be sentenced on October 11.
The ALDC owner was charged with 20 counts of fraud in October for concealment of bankruptcy assets, false bankruptcy declarations and bankruptcy fraud. She pled not guilty to the charges on November 2.
