Abby Lee Miller has been caught in another lie.

During season 6 episode 4 of Dance Moms, which aired on Jan. 27, Miller opened up the show with a dramatic, tear-filled phone call complaining about her ongoing federal case.

The next day, the 49-year-old dance instructor didn't show up to famous Abby Lee Miller Dance Company studio in Los Angeles for a rehearsal to prep the girls for competition.

She instead sent an email to the mothers of the girls informing them that she was resigning.

Lifetime continued on to share a preview for next week's episode teasing that Miller would not be returning for good.

But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Miller will be back this season and spent this past weekend filming in Las Vegas.

According to court papers exclusively obtained by Radar, Miller filed a motion on Jan. 20 to travel from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on Friday, Jan. 22 through Monday, Jan. 25 for work.

The court approved the motion.

Is it a coincidence that Dance Moms was filming in the same city that Miller had to file a motion to travel to for her job?

This isn't the first time Miller has reportedly been caught holding back the cold, hard truth.

On Nov. 2, 2015, Miller plead not guilty to 20 counts of fraud, false bankruptcy declarations and concealment of bankruptcy assets.

Miller is currently preparing for trial.

If found guilty, she could face up to five years behind bars and $5 million in fines.

In 2010, the reality star filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and is being accused of hiding over $755,000 in earnings from her hit show.
