Talk about double the heartbreak!
Not only did Yolanda Hadid recently break up with her boyfriend Matt Mannis after a painful divorce, but her ex-hubby David Foster is already engaged to his much-younger fiancé, Katharine McPhee — and she's furious about it!
RadarOnline.com exclusively learned the 54-year-old is not taking the news about the engagement very well.
"She was initially upset by the engagement," said a source. "It's unacceptable and she thinks he's way too old for her."
As readers know, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star learned her marriage to the famed music producer was over through a devastating phone call in 2017.
After they split after six years of marriage, David moved on with a string of women , including actress Elizabeth Hurley, before he started dating the former American Idol star, who's half his age. Foster is 68 and McPhee is 34!
The unlikely pair got engaged on a European vacation on the island of Capri.
The insider tells Radar exclusively Hadid's intuition was right all along with her ex and McPhee's relationship, which had been rumored as a romance for the past year.
"Yolanda suspected something was going on with Katharine all along," said the source.
Foster was seen cuddling up to the Broadway actress just two weeks after finalizing his divorce from Hadid.
"She was threatened by their chemistry," spilled the snitch. "They were more than flirty. She wanted David to be honest and he kept denying it. She was upset at him, not Katharine."
So why the quick engagement after the odd pair only confirmed their relationship in May?
Sources reveal to Radar the reasoning behind the quickie engagement "all came down to money."
"Katharine refused to sign a pre-nup and David finally gave in. So that's why the engagement happened.
"His lawyers were more adamant about one, but he figured it's his last marriage, he's older, so he agreed with Katharine."
McPhee will be his fifth wife. Meanwhile, Foster will be the brunette beauty's second husband, following her nasty divorce from actor Nick Cokas.
