Dean Unglert’s criminal record could destroy his chances of receiving a rose from Rachel Lindsay! The Bachelorette contestant was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of false ID.

In the police report obtained from the Aspen PD, the bouncer of Escobar recognized that Unglert’s ID was fraudulent when the then-20-year-old tried to enter the nightspot.

The report continued, “Unglert had walked away, holding up both hands with his middle finger exposed.”

Police, who recognized him from a past arrest, found him near the club.

“I recognized that Unglert was intoxicated, as he had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person,” the report read. “I told Unglert that he was under arrest, and placed handcuffs on him.”

Unglert pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation. He was ordered to complete 24 hours of community service and pay $156 in fines.

This isn’t Unglert’s first arrest. In December 2010, he was involved in a missing person investigation when he was with a 15-year-old who was reported missing.

“I observed that he did not look of drinking age, and his speech was slurred and eyes watery,” the reporting officer wrote in the police report. “Due to the fact I felt that a missing person should take precedence, I continued on my search.”

When the officer returned, Unglert admitted that he was with the missing girl.

“Upon being in closer proximity to Unglert, I smelled the strong odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage coming from his person,” the report continued.

Unglert admitted to drinking “a couple of beers” and was placed under arrest. The case was dismissed and he was ordered to pay $31 in fines.

But Unglert isn’t the only Bachelorette contest who has been arrested. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, William Elarbee, who goes by his middle name Blake, was arrested on December 13, 2010 for driving under the influence.

Unglert was found guilty of the DUI. As part of his six-month probation, he was required to complete 50 hours of community service and pay $990 in fines. His license was suspended for six months.
