Vince Vaughn Is Arrested For DUI And Resisting Arrest

Vince Vaughn was arrested on charges of DUI and resisting, delaying and obstructing arrest, Watch Commander Officer Matt Sabosky has told RadarOnline.com.

According to Officer Sabosky, the Wedding Crashers and Swingers star, 48, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, June 10, along with his male passenger in the beachside city of Manhattan Beach, Calif.

"Vince Vaughn was arrested at 1 a.m. this morning. He and a male passenger were both arrested at a DUI checkpoint at the intersection of Prospect and Artesia Boulevard and booked at the Manhattan Beach jail. They were both released from jail at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning," Officer Sabosky told RadarOnline.com.

The watch commander said that the male passenger of Vaughn's, whom he wouldn't name, was booked on charges of resisting and obstructing arrest and being intoxicated in public.

The actor known for his comedy chops has been married since 2010 to Kyla Weber and they have two kids.

Vaughn was previously in a high-profile romance with his Break-Up movie co-star Jennifer Aniston.

RadarOnline.com recently reported that sources said Jen turned to him for solace as a friend during her painful divorce from Justin Theroux.

This would be the actor's first DUI if he is ultimately charged.
