Tameka Foster Raymond filed a registration for out-of-state custody order on Tuesday morning, April 10, at Los Angeles Superior Court, according to documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com. Under the petition, Tameka is also asking the California court to enforce the custody and child support agreement the former couple signed in a Georgia court back in August 2012 concerning their kids, 10 year-old Usher V and Naviyd, 9.
Tameka and Usher officially called it quits in their marrige on Nov. 4, 2009.
According to the April 10 documents, Usher currently has visitation of the kids, while Tameka has custody. Both of the children were born in Georgia, but are now living with Tameka in Los Angeles since the judgement was entered on November 2009, according to the documents.
Usher has 20 days after receiving the court notice to contest the validity or enforcement of the out-of-state custody and support order.
Meanwhile, the singer has a May 29 court date concerning the herpes allegation. As RadarOnline.com readers know, a woman named Quantasia Sharpton said Usher had sex with her, an unnamed woman and an unnamed man, and exposed all of them to herpes.
The man, referred to in the suit as John Doe, allegedly had sex with Usher in a spa in Koreatown in Los Angeles, while Sharpton claims she had sex with the singer on the night she attended his concert in Atlantic City.
Sharpton said the other woman, referred to as Jane Doe in the suit, had sex with Usher twice. The three filed a sexual battery suit against Usher in August 2017, and also filed a motion asking the court to order the singer to undergo an independent medical examination.
