“He is still in custody. As of now, there has not been an Application for a Bail Review filed,” a department of corrections source told

Track’s next hearing will be held on December 27.

It’s not a big surprise that Track's family hasn't come to their son's defense. As previously reported, former VP candidate Sarah, 53, called cops on her son on Saturday, claiming he was “freaking out” and on “some kind of medication.”

The troubled veteran was accused of breaking into a window of his parents’ house, then pinning his 53-year-old father to the ground.

The responding officer said Todd had “visible blood running down his face” and multiple injuries to the head after the incident.

Cops said Track admitted to drinking alcohol, while his parents insisted he was also on pain pills.

The spoiled celebrity son was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor assault.
