Tori’s NEW Court Fight: Husband Dean's Ex-Wife Mary Jo Demands $110K In Child Support

While Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott enjoy lavish $40,000 parties amid the imminent birth of their fifth child, the Slasher actor’s ex-wife is calling him out for being a deadbeat dad.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Mary Jo Eustace, 54, claimed her onetime husband and father of her 18-year-old son Jack “just stopped paying” child support and alimony months ago following a brief truce.

McDermott, 50, “just stopped paying,” she wrote in the order to show cause and affidavit for contempt, filed on January 25. “He is working and lives in a $2 million dollar rental.”

After a September 27, 2016 agreement that the former Chopped Canada host would pay $750 twice a month until mid 2020, the single mother of two alleged that he failed to make payments from November forward.

“Also, for two years prior, he did not pay support,” she added. (According to August 2015 court documents, McDermott was ordered to fork over $8,700 for failing to pay support between April and July of that year.)

In the 2016 joint filing between the former spouses, during what Radar called a period of friendly relations, McDermott agreed to pay his ex $111,300 over a nearly four-year span.

At the time, he was making $5,867 a month.

Now, a furious Eustace is demanding $100,800 covered in monthly payments until July 1, 2020.

Despite rumors that the pricey baby shower set her off, Eustace filed the scathing new order weeks before the luxury event on February 11.

“Mary Jo won’t be playing nice any longer,” a source close to the Scared Wheatless author tells Radar. “She is disgusted by how Dean is treating Jack.”

Meanwhile, McDermott’s pregnant wife Spelling — who he started dating while still married to Eustace in 2005 — is due any day with their fifth child, a son.

As of December, the cash-strapped couple still owed over $960,000 in tax liens, in addition to hundreds of thousands in unpaid credit card bills.
