Tori's Debt Ridden Love Rat Husband Dean Won't Pay Teenage Son's Schooling
Amid his wife Tori Spelling's $40,000 baby shower for their fifth child, Dean McDermott is being accused of neglecting his oldest son's needs.
The actor, who as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, owes more than $100,000 in child support and alimony to his ex-wife and their son Jack, hasn't been paying for the 18-year-old's private schooling, Mary Jo Eustace recently told friends.
"Dean owes Jack's school thousands of dollars," a family insider alleged to RadarOnline.com. "Mary Jo is disgusted by Dean's behavior."
The teen, who lives primarily with his mother, is currently a senior in high school, and will attend college next year on scholarship. His proud mother recently revealed that he has come out as gay.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Eustace, 54, filed an order to show cause for contempt in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 25, claiming her 50-year-old ex failed to pay child support and alimony for months following an September 2016 agreement.
The Slashed actor "just stopped paying," the chef and author fumed. "He is working and lives in a $2 million rental."
According to previous court documents, McDermott owed $111,300 in back support as of late 2016.
Eustace is now demanding he pay $100,800 in monthly installments by July 2020.
As he awaits the imminent birth of his sixth child, a boy, McDermott already has his hands full with financial woes. As of December, he and Spelling, 43, owed hundreds of thousands in credit card debt and unpaid taxes.

But Eustace is confident her son won't struggle like his troubled father.
"I think Jack received the gift of being a motivated man," she told the Toronto Sun recently.
"He wants to control his life. He saw his dad on TV have a nervous breakdown and doesn't want to be that. Dean and Tori have uprooted him so many times with all their moves. They have conveyed to him such mixed messages about money they had for themselves versus money they had for him. All of this could have led to bad places for Jack, yet instead he finds joy in all situations. I'm so proud of him."
