Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed their fifth child together on Thursday, March 2, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to PEOPLE magazine, their son, Beau Dean McDermott, was born at 1:48 p.m., weighing 5 lbs., 12 oz.

The little boy is the latest addition to the couple's brood of five, including son Liam, 9, and daughters Stella, 8, Hattie, 5, and Finn, 5.

"We are over the moon in love with baby Beau. He is a true blessing and his brothers and sisters were overjoyed to meet him! We are all truly grateful for our big beautiful and healthy family," Spelling, 43, told PEOPLE in a statement.

But, as RadarOnline.com readers know, the couple's financial woes could plague their growing family.

Soon after announcement of the pregnancy last year, Spelling was sued once again by American Express over unpaid credit card debt.

According to court documents, obtained by E! News, Spelling failed to pay $87,594.55 in fees on one of her American Express platinum credit cards. A copy of the card statement from AmEx was included in the documents, revealing it was cancelled on April 27, 2016 with the shocking unpaid balance.

As RadarOnline.com reported, she was first sued by American Express in January over nearly $40,000 in unpaid bills. And to make matters worse, the former 90210 star was slapped with a $259,000 tax lien this summer.

"This is purely about the money They're freaking out big time and panicking about how they're going to afford this new baby," a source told RadarOnline.com.
