Tony Raines and Madison Channing Walls’ nasty custody battle over daughter Harper is over – for now. The MTV stars have reached a temporary agreement regarding the 2-year-old, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In the order, which Raines and Walls signed off on, Raines will have unsupervised possession and access to Harper from Friday, December 21, 2018 to Thursday, December 27, 2018, Friday, January 18th, 2019 to January 21st, 2019, and Friday, February 15, 2019 to Monday, February 18th, 2019.

“Mr. Raines shall be entitled to possession of Harper beginning at 11:40am on the third Friday of each month until

the following Monday at 11:40am,” the court papers read.

The agreement then brings up Walls’ substance abuse issues. Walls, who dated Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin, was open about her battle with heroin abuse during her stint on Real World: Skeletons.

Fans believed she relapsed when she appeared gaunt in a now-deleted Instagram post. She also appeared to have track marks on the inside of her arm.

“Ms. Walls shall have possession and access as agreed by Ms. Walls, Mr. Shapshak and Mrs. Shapshak,” the papers read. “However, all such periods of possession shall be supervised by Mr. or Mrs. Shapshak. Ms. Walls is currently residing on the property of Mr. and Mrs. Shapshak due to the need for support at this time.”

The papers continued that in the event Walls has a “relapse,” the parties “agree to recognize that Ms. Walls shall therefore no longer be permitted to reside on the property of Mr. and Mrs. Shapshak and shall immediately enter inpatient.”

The parties are also prohibited from “consuming any controlled substance for which they do not have a valid prescription.”

The parties are also prohibited from consuming any alcohol to the point of intoxication any time the respective party has possession of Harper.

Raines shall continue to pay child support in the amount of $111.25, while Walls is expected to pay her parents $50 a month.

The parties also agree that Raines shall have FaceTime visits scheduled with Harper for no more than 30 minutes at least twice a month.

The parties are to attend mediation on February

15, 2019.

As RadarOnline.com broke, the Shapshaks asked the court to grant them sole custody of Harper.

In Walls’ response to the petition, filed on July 13, 2018, she wrote, “I want my parents to have custody of my daughter.”

In Raines’ response, he denied that appointing him and Walls, 27, as managing conservators would not be in the best interest of Harper.

“Respondent also specifically denies the allegation that it is in the best interest of the child that Petitioners, the child’s grandparents, be appointed sole managing conservators of the child,” the papers read.

Walls’ mother denied the drug rumors exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

“She’s doing great,” she said. “Nothing is wrong. She’s fine. No she’s not on drugs.”

She added of the custody filing, “The conservatorship is because it’s our family raising Harper. Tony isn’t involved. We just want to protect her. He does post about her a lot on social media, especially for someone not on the birth certificate.”
