Booze Feud: Tom Schwartz's Mom Sought Restraining Order Against Dad In Ugly Divorce

Tom Schwartz could be headed down his parents' sad path, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!

His mom, Kimberly, sought an order of protection against his father while their divorce was being finalized in 2012. She filed for divorce after 33 years of marriage, and filed for bankruptcy later that year.

As part of the order, William was only allowed to enter the home for two hours per week to "perform repairs/chores."

"The Husband is not permitted to drink alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol during the time he is at the marital home/property," the order obtained by RadarOnline.com reads.

"The Husband shall not threaten, assault or harm the wife nor make derogatory comments to the wife."

William was also required to pay $1,000 per month in temporary alimony to her as well.

Now, his son is in a doomed marriage of his own with Katie Maloney. The couple began dating before Vanderpump Rules premiered, but has been plagued with problems ever since.

Tom allegedly cheated on her with a girl in Las Vegas in 2014, and proclaimed that he didn't want to marry Katie anymore after Kristen Doute resurfaced the allegation on their joint bachelor/bachelorette trip.
