Juicy Joe Giudice was serving a 42-month sentence in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges of financial fraud, but it was also discovered in the process that he was not a legal United States citizen and could be booted out after he was released.
“Teresa is terrified Joe will be deported upon his release in less than two years,“ an insider snitched to Radar.
“She’s keeping good attitude in public and good happy face but lawyers have told her it’s not an easy task to win because of the felony charge—something he knew when the accepted plea deal.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star had her husband shaking in his prison work boots.
“Joe is terrified that she and the kids won’t come with him if he’s deported,” the source said about Teresa and their four daughters.
Teresa put on a brave face for TV, stating she was “not worried at all. Besides Italy’s beautiful!” But In real life she had no plans to leave the U.S. with him.
“Teresa said she still hasn’t forgiven him for this whole mess!”
And their marriage, which was rocked with multiple cheating scandals, including her secret boyfriend while Juicy Joe was locked up, was on the verge of crumbling.
“Teresa and Joe’s marriage is not as it once was. They’re both changed people,” the source said. “Both of them have grown so if he must go Teresa doesn’t think she’s going with him. At least not how she feels today.”
