So Cold! Teresa Skipped Prison Visit With Joe After Deportation Ruling
Teresa Giudice skipped the last visit to prison her daughters made to see their father after a judge ruled that he should be deported from the United States, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
An immigration judge ruled in March 2018 that convicted felon Juicy Joe had to go – ordering that he be deported since he is in the country illegally.
“Teresa sent her girls to visit Joe two weeks ago, but she didn’t go with them,” an insider snitched to RadarOnline.com.
While the Real Housewives of New Jersey star jetted off to Mexico with the cast to film, she sent her daughters to see their imprisoned father as his deportation loomed.
“The girls went and saw their dad on Father’s Day. He doesn’t talk about deportation at all to them, he’s acting as if it isn’t happening,” the source said.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Joe was ordered by an immigration judge to be “removed from the United States on March 14, 2018,” an official for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review said.
“Mr. Giudice applied for a cancellation of removal on May 8, 2018, and filed a motion to terminate on May 24,” the DOJ official told RadarOnline.com. “Both requests remain pending.”
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson exclusively told RadarOnline.com Giudice could be deported even before his sentence ends in March 2019.
His children visited him days before his June 20 hearing, but his wife did not.
“Teresa spends all her time down at the shore. She doesn’t spend it with Joe.”
Both of them were in denial, a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com. “She has no feelings or emotions.
No one has ever made it seem like it was even a possibility that he could be deported.”
Shockingly, Teresa has spoken frequently about her happy life with Joe post-prison.
“She even says often, ‘When Joe comes home.’ It is horrible.”
And the father of four was in the same state of denial as his wife.
“He’s convinced he’s not getting deported,” the insider said. “He says it’s not going to happen.”
