Like NeNe Leakes in Atlanta or Brandi Glanville in Beverly Hills, Teresa Giudice has arguably established herself as the lynchpin of Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey franchise, as the outspoken entrepreneur is second-to-none when it comes to storylines, camera time and Twitter followers.

That didn't stop co-star Caroline Manzo of living up to her unofficial billing as the show's resident tough cookie, in calling out her castmate for her drama-packed dealings with fellow housewife Jacqueline Laurita.

In a new clip from the show's fifth season, the two ladies share a tense exchange over a meal, Caroline chastises Teresa for her shunning of Jacqueline in the shakeout of last year's ongoing drama between Teresa and her brother Joe Gorga.

After Teresa demanded an apology from Jacqueline, Caroline said that the mom/autism advocate "was a true and loyal friend to" Teresa and it's "so sad" she's fallen out with her.

"Listen to me now you are looking and talking to me that has been through it all," Caroline argued, with passion.

And apparently, the heated words are only the beginning of the tension between the two: As we previously reported, Teresa indicated things will heat up between she and Caroline, saying, “I don’t think we’ll ever be friends again. I don’t know. We’re not friends right now, but we’re good.

"I don’t want to be her friend, she doesn’t want to be my friend, and we’re good with that. We do communicate and you’ve gotta watch this season and see how it plays out.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey fifth season airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
