So Selfish! Teresa Giudice’s Ex Lawyer Files Explosive Appeal In Malpractice Suit
Teresa Giudice is trying to make a quick buck off of her ex-attorney, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star filed a malpractice suit against her former bankruptcy attorney, James A. Kridel, in May 2016 — and now her lawyer is claiming it’s all a scam!
“She sued, not for the benefit of her creditors, but for her own account,” he claimed in a bombshell appeal obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Giudice reached a settlement in December 2016 that would allow her to keep 55 percent of the proceeds from the case. Her outstanding creditors would only be entitled to 45 percent of her earnings.
Kridel stated in his appeal that the agreement is a conflict of interest, and asked the district court to transfer the case to eliminate any concerns.
He also claimed that he did his best to represent Giudice in her bankruptcy case, but her lies prohibited him from doing an even better job.
