Tyler Baltierra Reveals Book Excerpt Amid Cheating Scandal: 'I Have To Get Sober'

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Tyler Baltierra has a lot on his mind.

The Teen Mom OG dad, who confessed, perhaps jokingly, to cheating on his wife Catelynn Lowell yesterday, released an excerpt of his upcoming book on Instagram — and dropped hints about possible trouble in his marriage.

"I have to get sober," he writes. "I can't keep doing this s**t."

"My life has become a constant storm and every time I think I escape, the force just whips me right back into it. I don't know what to do, I don't know how to even feel anymore."

In another page reveal, Baltierra, 24, describes a young girl being molested by an older man.

Though the dad of Novalee Reign, 2, has said he's writing a novel, he certainly has experience with the heavy subjects he has been covering.

After abusing drug sand even overdosing as a teenager, Baltierra admits he still smokes marijuana in his "free time."

And in a tragic twist, he opened about being the victim of sexual abuse as a little boy in his 2015 memoir, Conquering Chaos.

"We hear a lot about sexual abuse happening to girls, but it's not spoken about with boys being victims," he told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "The bottom line is, it happens. For any other guy who went through it, you're not alone."

Years later, Baltierra seems to be struggling in his marriage. After fighting with Lowell during her battle with postpartum depression last year, he tweeted about possibly cheating while he was "drunk."

But Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin defended his friend's marriage.

"Those two are madly in love," Kailyn Lowry's ex told RadarOnline.com.
