In a sneak peek trailer from the new season of the controversial MTV show, the four stars are in more trouble than ever.
Amber Portwood is blatantly ignoring the dreadful claims all of the women who have children that Matt Baier refuses to acknowledge. "All of his crazy exes are coming out," she claims and then gleefully exclaims, "The next step for me and Matt is to get married!"

Her ex, Gary Shirley, pushes the topic about Baier's shady past, asking her "Why is there so many different stories? sic"
Meanwhile, sobbing Catelynn Lowell reveals her painful decision to go to rehab on camera, saying, "I just feel like I need help, I'm not ok. I think I need to go away to seek help."
Cast mate Farrah Abraham drops the F-bomb as her relationship with Simon Saran begins to implode.
"There's no point in f**king being here if you're not going to be my boyfriend or whatever the f**k you think you are in my life," she rants.
And Maci Bookout shares the joy of her engagement and pregnancy.
