Teen Mom fans won’t be setting sail with the reality stars after all. The Teen Mom Cruise featuring Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood and Kailyn Lowry has been canceled – and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details on the shocking news.

“I don’t think Amber, Maci and Kail thought it was going to happen,” a Teen Mom insider told Radar. “They felt the prices were way too high so it’s no surprise.”

But the reality stars weren’t the only ones who didn’t think the vacation would happen, as fans were warned of a possible cancellation when tickets were purchased.

A rep for Vacations by Design told Radar, “We advised people not to get airfare until it was confirmed. Deposits will go back to the credit cards. Final payments have not been made by anyone.”

The rep explained how the production company gave “no reason” for the cancellation.

“The production company said they weren’t able to do it at this time,” the rep said.

Fortunately for fans, Vacations by Design is working on planning a Teen Mom Cruise for next year.

The cruise, which started at $743 per person, was supposed to leave from Miami in July and sail around the Bahamas for five days.

The trip included screenings, interviews with the cast, exclusive Q&As and more.

The cancellation could have to do with Lowry’s pregnancy, as she’s expected to welcome her third baby with her third baby daddy over the summer.
