The Florida man arrested in connection with sending celebrities and politicians pipe bombs this week has previously been charged with several serious crimes, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
Cesar Sayoc Jr., 56, has a dark past dating back to the early 1990s, according to shocking police reports obtained by RadarOnline.com. The suspected bomber was arrested in September 1991 in his home state of Florida for the felony of grand theft in the third-degree. Documents show he pleaded guilty to the crime and was sentenced to two years of probation, along with a $220 fine.
Years later, in 2004, the Florida felon was found guilty of possessing an unlawful drivers license and the possession of four controlled substances without a prescription. Sayoc was ordered to attend a drug court treatment program and sentenced to probation.
Additionally, according to a police report, on Nov. 28, 2013, Sayoc was charged with grand theft in the third-degree and battery. The suspected pipe bomber was sentenced to 12 months of probation for each charge to be served concurrently.
Nearly two years following the grand theft crime, in May 2015, Sayoc was once again and arrested for retail theft. The suspected pipe bomber allegedly stole $58 worth of items at a Florida Walmart.
Additionally, in August 2015, Sayoc was caught stealing from a Home Depot in Hollywood, Florida. A store employee described Sayoc as “acting suspiciously” as he took various copper piping items off of the shelf and concealed them, the report claimed.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Sen. Cory Booker, and Robert De Niro were a handful of others who received suspicious looking packages this week around the country.
Pipe bombs were also located at CNN at its Time Warner Center building.
Now, according to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Sayoc faces 58 years in prison on charges for five federal crimes, including interstate transportation of an explosive, illegal mailing of explosives, threats against former presidents and other persons, threatening interstate communications, and assaulting current and former federal officers.
Sayoc’s nephew, Casey Graves, 24, spoke to RadarOnline.com on Friday detailing his shock with his uncle’s suspected crimes. The nephew said he had “no idea” about his uncle’s alleged connection.
Sayoc was taken into custody by police on Friday.
