Miniutti, who accused Michael Avenatti of domestic violence last week, filed the order Monday in Los Angeles.
The actress is said to be in her 20s and originally from Estonia.
She most recently had a cameo in Ocean’s Eight.
The Blast was first to break the story.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported last week, Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, was arrested for felony domestic violence on Wednesday.
In a shocker, the high-profile lawyer who has represented Daniels in her legal dispute against the President was being booked last Wednesday evening.
Los Angeles Police Department officer Jeff Lee said the domestic violence report was taken on Tuesday, November 13, in West Los Angeles and the arrest was made the following day.

“We can confirm that today LAPD Detectives arrested Michael Avenatti on suspicion of domestic violence. This is an ongoing investigation and we will provide more details as they become available,” the LAPD Twitter account stated.
But Avenatti, 47, said in a statement via his law office: “I have never been physically abusive in my life nor was I last night. Any accusations to the contrary are fabricated and meant to do harm to my reputation. I look forward to being fully exonerated.”
