‘Southern Charm’ Tragedy: Thomas Ravenel's Attorney Killed In Plane Crash
Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel is “stunned and in a complete state of shock” over the news that his sex assault attorney and good friend was killed in a plane crash RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
The Bravolebrity’s legal rep Richard Terbrusch was killed along with two other people in over the weekend.
“Thomas is stunned and in a complete state of shock over Richard’s death,” a source close to Ravenel told RadarOnline.com.
“He and Richard were close friends for years, they played polo together and Richard was his legal go to guy for a long time.”
The seven-seat twin-engine Piper PA-34 private jet carrying Terbrusch and two others was headed to Charleston, South Carolina when it crashed over Quoque Beach, New York. It departed out of Danbury Connecticut.
Teacher Jennifer Landrum, Terbrush’s girlfriend, and the pilot, Raj Persaud, were both killed in the crash New 12 WRDW.com reported.

Her mother confirmed Landrum’s relationship with Terbrusch and spoke about her to the news station.
"She was beautiful. She was just a wonderful person and a wonderful mother. She has two children," Carol Landrum said.
Dr. Landrum was a Special Education teacher at Thomson High School before her death.
Terbrusch defended Ravenel when he was accused of sexual assault earlier this year.
"My client enjoys a certain degree of fame and unfortunately has become - unfairly - a target for such claims,” he told RadarOnline.com when news of Debbie Perkins’ alleged NDA and $200,000 settlement with Ravenel was revealed.
