'Southern Charm' Star J.D. Madison Arrested For Allegedly Writing Bad Check
Southern Charm star J.D. Madison was arrested for allegedly writing a bad check just three days before Christmas, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. And it's not the first time Thomas Ravenel's TV pal has been in legal hot water! Jail records show that Madison was hauled in by the police on Saturday, December 22, in Charleston County, South Carolina, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Madison, 45, was booked on a check violation charge and posed for a mug shot wearing a white tee shirt. As RadarOnline.com readers know, reality TV star Madison was accused of rape back in August.
Ravenel has been separately accused of a similar crime. Madison's incident allegedly took place on August 21, 2017 when Madison came to the alleged victim’s home, a police report originally obtained by FitsNews claimed.
RadarOnline.com obtained a copy of the report from the Mount Pleasant Police Department and learned that the woman charged Madison of slipping a drug in her drink and raping her. The woman allegedly remembers waking up in her guest bedroom with Madison "forcibly raping and sodomizing," according to her claim. She then remembered waking up in bed "fully clothed."

Not long after Madison's trouble, Ravenel was arrested in South Carolina in September for assault and battery. Ravenel's former nanny Dawn Ledwell is suing him for the alleged attack. Ravenel was fired from Southern Charm after he was accused of the alleged sexual assault, and in her lawsuit, Ledwell contended that Bravo, NBCUniversal, Comcast and production company Haymaker all conspired to cover up her attack.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, insiders now speculate that Southern Charm could be canceled in the wake of the Ravenel allegations. Now his co-star and buddy Madison has been arrested, adding more scandal to Southern Charm!
