Simon Cowell Helps Reunite Little Boy With Lost Puppy

Blowhard Simon Cowell is actually a big softie! The pompous America's Got Talent judge offered nearly $14,000 as a reward to find a stolen dog and helped reunite a heartbroken little boy with his lost puppy!
Three-year-old Edward Latter, of Kent, England, feared he'd never again see Morse, a ten-month-old border terrier, after he was dog-napped in December.
The tot even wrote a tear-jerking letter to Santa, begging St. Nick to send his dog home for Christmas — but the pup remained missing.
That's when the animal-loving music mogul put up the big-ticket prize to bring Morse home.
Latter's dad, Richard, said of Cowell's offer, "It is really, really, generous … It is so good of him."
Kent resident Michelle Holt, 41, discovered mud-splattered Morse near her home on Jan. 12 and took him in for a bath — before checking the Internet for lost dogs and then contacting Edward's parents.
"We broke down in tears," said the little boy's father. "Edward was absolutely over the moon."
"I have my best friend back!" said the happy tot.
