Simon Cowell showed he's doing well after a recent health scare had fans worried. On October 27, the America's Got Talent judge was carried out in a stretcher after fainting in his home. Cowell, 58, recovered after being hospitalized. But on Friday, he happily attended the posh Royal Variety Performance and after party in London, showing he was staying hydrated by clutching a bottle of water! On Nov. 24, Cowell posed with his Evian water bottle as he left the Royal Variety Performance and after party in London. The X Factor judge joined Prince William and his pregnant wife Kate Middleton and other celebrities and royals at the British bash.

It appeared to onlookers that Cowell is taking better care of himself following his fall last month.
