Seal Under Investigation For Sexual Battery, Police Confirm
Seal is being investigated in a sexual battery incident that allegedly took place November of 2016, Radaronline.com has confirmed.
Seal, who is legally known as Henry Samuel, "is a suspect in an alleged sexual battery incident," Lieutenant Minster of The Malibu-Lost Hills Sheriff Department said.
No charges have been brought on the singer as of yet.
"An investigation is ongoing and is being handled by Malibu-Lost Hills Detectives," Lieutenant Minster added. "Due to the nature of the allegations, no details of the ongoing investigation will be released indefinitely."
According to reports, actress Tracey Birdsall, 54, claimed Seal, also 54, groped her and attempted to kiss her while the two were in his kitchen.
In a statement, a rep for the singer claimed he "vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago."
