Rosie O'Donnell's Fiancée Shows Off Massive Sparkler After Engagement

She said, "Yes!"

Rosie O'Donnell's bride-to-be, Elizabeth Rooney, took to Instagram late Monday night to show off the massive sparkler the comedian proposed to her with.

RadarOnline.com was the first to report the news that O'Donnell, 56, popped the question to Rooney, 33, over the summer.

Rooney showed off the giant rock in an Instagram photo of her hand holding a wine glass, shown below.

O'Donnell also went public with the news on Monday night during a talk with PEOPLE. The former View host described her fiancée as a "wonderful woman."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, O'Donnell and Rooney are currently living apart. The former talk show host is living in her Manhattan apartment after selling her New Jersey mansion.

Plus, a source previously spilled to RadarOnline.com that Rooney is working at her dream job as a mounted police officer in Worcester, Mass. and has no plans to uproot.

"They are comfortable living apart," said the insider. "Lyz has an amazing job. They don't take a lot of equestrian police officers, so the fact that she was able to make the squad is incredibly important to her."

Despite the long-distance relationship, a source close to the couple previously told RadarOnline.com the pair is "very, very happy."
