Luann de Lesseps hinted at what may have led to her December drunken arrest on last night's episode of The Real Housewives of New York.
De Lesseps, 52 - who pleaded not guilty to assaulting a police officer earlier this year - was out to dinner with her daughter Victoria, 23, when she revealed how she really felt while married to her ex-husband of nine months, Tom D'Agostino.
"In my marriage nothing was working, we were arguing all the time, drinking too much," the Countess admitted.
She added: "There was just so much suffering all the time, and insecurity and not feeling like you had a partner. I went in quick and I got out quick because I feel like that's what I needed to do."
Victoria confessed she once told D'Agostino he was "superficial" and didn't even know how to give a hug.
Still, de Lesseps said she does not regret the failed marriage.
The topic of abusing alcohol continued throughout the episode - this time with Bethenny Frankel confronting Dorinda Medley after Medley embarrassed herself in front of the partners Frankel organized the Puerto Rico hurricane relief efforts with.
While on their way to Puerto Rico with thousands of dollars of cash and necessities for the hurricane victims, Frankel confessed to Medley that she thinks she might have a drinking problem.
"I'm scared for you," Frankel said.
"I don't think I'm an alcoholic. I think I use alcohol as an excuse to sometimes exhibit bad behavior," Medley said.
Medley then revealed her husband Richard Medley's death has left her feeling lonely, despite her relationship with boyfriend of six years, John Mahdessian.
"I go off into an abyss of loneliness," a tearful Medley confessed. "There's still some mornings I wake up and I think, is this it? If I die here is anyone going to find me?"
Medley vowed to start going to therapy in 2018.
Meanwhile, Carole Radziwill was dealing with her own relationship blues. Radziwill expressed her frustration with her on-again off-again boy toy Adam Kenworthy after he admitted to having feelings for another woman he took on a date.
"Now I'm like, you no longer exist in my life," Radziwill said. "Buh-bye."
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Radziwill and Kenworthy are currently back on, as a source recently revealed the two are "hooking up" again.
A sneak peek of next week's episode shows tension rising between old time friends Frankel and Radziwill.
The Real Housewives of New York airs every Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
