Staff Overhaul! Luann De Lesseps Hiring Sober Team After Boozy Arrest & Rehab
Real Housewives of New York star Luann De Lesseps just got out of rehab last week, but she's already getting back to work — and she wants her new underlings to be booze-free!
De Lesseps, 52, who was infamously arrested for allegedly hitting a police officer in a drunken meltdown over the holidays, is now seeking a new team of sober employees to work for her, including a new personal assistant, an insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“Luann seems to have learned her lesson and wants to be sober now," the source told RadarOnline.com. "She is telling all applicants in the first interview that drinking and substance abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, especially when on the clock. She also said that she would love a gay man who has a clean record."
But though de Lesseps is attempting to turn over a new leaf, the diva behavior apparently continues!

One applicant told RadarOnline.com he declined the position after he witnessed behavior he claimed was "unprofessional."
“She was just ridiculous. For example, she would have her other assistant contact me to let me know that Luann would be calling us shortly. But she would never call,” the insider alleged.
Though she's back home, de Lesseps isn't out of the woods with her arrest just yet. She was formally charged with resisting an officer with violence, trespassing an occupied structure and disorderly intoxication in Palm Beach court last week.
