Final Heartbreak! Danielle Staub’s Husband Filing For Divorce ASAP
Danielle Staub’s husband Marty Caffrey is planning to file for divorce as soon as possible as their marriage crumbles, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
He first told RadarOnline.com that he left his Real Housewives of New Jersey star wife in July, saying: “Marty Caffrey is divorcing Danielle Staub.”
On August 13, 2018 the couple got into an epic blowout at home and the police were called twice.
Caffrey was removed from the home and both he and Staub were granted TEMPORARY restraining orders.
Staub and Caffrey's temporary restraining orders expired on August 20, 2018 and a source confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they dropped their requests for permanent restraining oders, but that didn’t change his mind.
According to another source, Caffrey planned to file for divorce from Staub as soon as possible.
In his temporary restraining order request exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Caffrey claimed that his wife of three months threatened to “stab him in the neck at least a dozen times.”

Staub accused Caffrey of “domestic violence non-reported verbal abuse,” in her temporary restraining order request exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
She remained in their New Jersey home for the last week and the first source told Caffrey was allowed back in the home after they agreed to drop their requests for permanent restraining orders.
Page Six first reported the requests for permanent restraining orders were dropped.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Staub’s marital crisis was troubling Bravo and the production company behind RHONJ.
"Producers are freaking out because of Danielle. This doesn’t go with her storyline at all about her happy marriage," a show insider told RadarOnline.com.
