According to the Bergen County Sheriff's Office in New Jersey, police responded to a residence in Englewood in the middle of the night for a "domestic incident pertaining to a marital concern."
A source close the family told RadarOnline.com: "Danielle removed all of Marty's family pictures. He objected."
According to a separate insider, there was a "huge blowout," and cops were forced to get involved.
Caffrey, 66, first confirmed his split from Staub, 56, to RadarOnline.com after just two months of marriage.
In a shocking statement to RadarOnline.com soon after the breakup, Caffrey accused his wife of "financial, verbal and emotional abuse."
Now, both parties are lawyering up for what is sure to be a contentious divorce.
