Police were called to the home of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub and her estranged husband Marty Caffrey on Sunday night following a report of a domestic disturbance, can exclusively confirm.

According to the Bergen County Sheriff's Office in New Jersey, police responded to a residence in Englewood in the middle of the night for a "domestic incident pertaining to a marital concern."

A source close the family told Radar: "Danielle removed all of Marty's family pictures. He objected."

According to a separate insider, there was a "huge blowout," and cops were forced to get involved.

Caffrey, 66, first confirmed his split from Staub, 56, to Radar after just two months of marriage.

In a shocking statement to Radar soon after the breakup, Caffrey accused his wife of "financial, verbal and emotional abuse."

Now, both parties are lawyering up for what is sure to be a contentious divorce.
