Surgery Setback: Tamra & Eddie Judge In Italy After Heart Condition Shocker

Tamra Judge and her husband Eddie refuse to let his broken heart keep them down.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned The Real Housewives of Orange County couple jetted off to Italy this week — just days after learning Eddie’s most recent heart procedure to treat atrial fibrillation did not work.

“Eddie had a doctor’s appointment last week and learned that they still have not been able to fix his heart condition,” a source close to the 51-year-old blonde beauty said.

After undergoing five grueling surgeries in six months, Eddie, 45, will now “need to have more procedures done in order to treat his condition," continued the source. “He will keep taking medications as prescribed and following doctor’s orders because he trusts them."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Eddie’s scary situation was featured on the current season’s premiere and it has remained a storyline throughout the first three episodes.

Tamra confirmed the sad news on Instagram today. After posting a series of photos of her and Eddie’s trip to Italy with the kids, Tamra told concerned fans, “Surgery didn’t work but we are hopeful docs will get his heart under control soon.”

“They are taking it day by day right now but are remaining hopeful,” the source said. “They are blessed to have each other and this has made their love for one another stronger than ever before.”
