Vicki Undergoes 'Full Facelift' After Revealing She's Had Over '15 Operations'

This week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County was all about plastic surgery for Vicki Gunvalson and costar Shannon Beador.
The show began with Gunvalson, 56, returning home from Jamaica to greet her boyfriend Steve Lodge. After claiming she didn't drink much while on the getaway, she dropped a bombshell on Lodge: that she was doing some "minor tweaks" to her appearance. As the episode progressed, fans learned that Vicki was definitely lying to Steve about the "minor" part.
"I'm insecure. I wish I was skinnier. I wish I was whatever. I got my nose and my chin done. Tummy tuck. Boobs. Eyelift. Boobs. I'm having tweaked and tweaked and pulled and pulled and I am going to do it," she said in her confessional.
The star was so anxious to get work done, however, that she neglected to tell her surgeon about her Cholesteatoma — an inner ear condition that has caused her to get 10 operations on her head, in addition to the five cosmetic surgeries.
Lodge convinced her to tell the surgeon and asked her to not get any more plastic surgery. However, Gunvalson did not seem convinced.
The scene then switched to Tamra Judge, 51, returning home. As soon as she arrived, husband Eddie Judge asked if anything interesting happened in Jamaica.
"Emily and Gina feel like they've been totally snubbed by Shannon, Tamra said, to which Eddie responded, "That's because she thinks that her s**t doesn't stink. She sucks you dry. You can't keep enabling her."
Tamra said in confessional, "I am like a drug addict. I get a call from Shannon and I have to sneak down in the basement to talk to her because my husband is over it."
Soon, the conversation turned to Eddie's heart condition, when he told his wife that he was referred to another doctor for a sixth procedure. "If this doctor can't fix me, basically no one can."
"Then I can get back to normal and do things like riding my bike, running and doing things I love to do," Eddie said, to which Tamra responded, "Like boning your wife."
And then came even more couple drama.
Emily Simpson, 53, and husband Shane sat down with a therapist to talk about their disagreement over kids. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Emily is anxious to welcome more children, but Shane has no interest in that, especially because Emily almost died during one of her five admitted miscarriages.
"I have no interest in having more children," Shane told the therapist, who asked the couple if they were secure in their relationship.
"I do but I just feel like when you have that many miscarriages and then you carry and you lose them that sense of loss is just with you."
The show then turned back to the plastic surgeries.
The star arrived at her plastic surgeon's office to have her latest "tweak" done, but before going in, she told boyfriend Steve: "if something happens to me you get everything!"
Then, in another scene, Shannon arrived at her own plastic surgeon's office, with Kelly.
"I'm having eyelid surgery because I am a single lady and I am going to someday date," Shannon said in her confessional. Trying to downplay it as she did to fans, Shannon said, "Take a little bit of skin out of the eye and make me look a little bit younger."
But Kelly knew what was really going on. "Vicki is having a full facelift!" she said.
"If you are going to have a facelift at that age just do a full one," Kelly said about Vicki, who she recently admitted to not being friends with anymore.
"The scene switched to Vicki, who had lines drawn all over her face for her scary upcoming surgery. She was put to sleep, as was Shannon.
Vicki woke up from surgery to a head wrapped in bandages. When Steve entered the room, she said, "Do you love me? Am I pretty?" He responded "Oh yeah I love the outfits."
Meanwhile, Shannon had her kids help her wrap her eyes in bandages after her procedure.
And as her "tres amigos" were recovering, Tamra decided to have a graduation birthday party for son Spencer.
But Spencer is clearly nothing like Tamra, who admitted in confessional, "Spencer is like a 90 year old man. He has his life planned out. He is into politics. He loves history. He likes to communicate. So not me!"
During the celebration, Tamra revealed that Spencer does not drink and has never had a drop of alcohol in his life. For college, he said that he plans to go to a local community school and eventually transfer to UCLA.
Tamra updated fans on her relationship with Spencer's father, Simon Barney.
"My relationship with Simon is the same as it was nine years ago. We made a little bit of progress then we go back to square one. As RadarOnline.com reported, the ongoing drama between his parents caused Spencer to not invite his father to graduation.
Meanwhile in the Simpson's residence, Emily told Shane that she was ready to open a box that was given to her by the hospital after she suffered a miscarriage. Inside were her deceased kids' handprints and a note from her deceased grandmother.
In the note, her grandmother wrote, "We are all grieving but some gifts are not meant to be opened. Be grateful for the daughter's you already have."
The box definitely caused a shift, as Emily went straight to her kids and gave them hugs and kisses. She said in confessional, "Maybe Shane is right I have a lot to be grateful for right now."
Cut to Shannon, who was lying in bed post-surgery when she was surprised by Kelly and Gina.
After Shannon told the two that she worked things out with Tamra following their Jamaica fight, Gina said, "When you were not around that day there was a lot of talk about your mental health and if you are okay."
Clearly, that was not the right choice. "Wow. You know what someone who just had eye surgery shouldn't do? Cry," Shanon said, blasting Gina's timing for her "concern."
While Shannon was recovering at home, Vicki and Steve went to a massive recovery suite for her to heal. After lying down in bed, Vicki learned that Steve told her doctor about her prior operations while she was in surgery, which caused the surgery to go an hour over.
Adding even more drama to the episode, Tamra, Emily, Gina and Kelly went out to lunch. Being the ice breaker, Kelly revealed that Shannon called Kelly and Tamra to let them know that Gina told Shannon that Tamra was talking smack about her in Jamaica, which she was.
"It goes from me saying that I was concerned for Shannon to Shannon turning it into a fight for me and Tamra. It is the Jedi mind trick and Shannon Beador is yoda. I swear to God," Gina said about the carefully spun Beador-inspired fight.
The group ended their conversation by agreeing that Shannon's friends were all concerned about her mental health. It was a unanimous decision.
