Reality Show Marriage Curse! New ‘RHOC’ Star Gina Files For Divorce Before Debut

The reality show marriage curse hit new Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter before the show even aired, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Gina filed for divorce from her husband of seven years in the middle of filming the Bravo show.

According to bombshell court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Gina filed for divorce on April 2, 2018 in the Orange County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences” with her husband Matthew Kirschenheiter.

She listed her separation date as March 30, 2018 and filed for divorce just two days later.

Gina and Matthew tied the knot on May 15, 2010. They have three small children Nicholas, 5, Sienna, 4, and Luca, 2, together.

Gina asked for sole physical custody of the children, but shared legal custody, with Matthew being granted visitation.

The new RHOC star requested the judge award her “domestic partner support,” and asked that the judge “terminate” her husband’s spousal support.

She also requested that Matthew pay her legal fees.

Gina wrote on the divorce papers that they would determine their property and assets at a later date.

Despite the divorce, their relationship seems amicable. On Father’s Day, Gina posted a picture of her husband with their children on Instagram, writing: “It was a great day celebrating the dad that made me a mom 3x’s over❤ ? we love you!”

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Gina was joining RHOC as a new cast member after Lydia McLaughlin, Peggy Sulahian and Meghan King Edmonds were booted off after the last season. Gina joins Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson as a divorcee on the show!
