On a recent podcast, Queer Eye star Bobby Berk opened up about his troubled childhood involving run-ins with police. However, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report the TV star failed to mention he was once arrested as an adult for hurling hamburgers at a restaurant’s wait staff!

RadarOnline.com obtained court documents dating back to July 2010, when the famed interior designer was 29 years old. While in Miami with a group of friends, Berk entered a sushi restaurant at 12:18 a.m. and suddenly became involved in a “verbal/hamburger throwing incident,” according to an arrest report.

“The defendant was called a rude name after being asked to leave for bringing another establishment’s food in to this establishment,” a police officer on the scene wrote. “The defendant responded to the rudeness by throwing his hamburgers.”

The docs claimed Berk then refused to leave the premises “causing a disruption in the flow of business.”

The design expert has confessed that his upbringing was not so easy. The career-driven Texas native grew up fearing his sexuality would not be accepted by his peers and family.

In April 1999 at the age of 17, the sassy “Fab Five” member was living in Missouri when he was pulled over. Police arrested him for driving while his license was revoked, having vision-reducing material on his vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance, court documents showed.

Berk’s three charges were lowered to one count of driving without a license and he was issued a $75 fine.

Less than two weeks later, Berk was arrested again for a felony of receiving stolen property. The reality star was found in possession of three stolen statues, brought to him by another teen.

Berk posted $3,000 bail and struck a plea deal, dropping the felony charge to a misdemeanor offense of receiving stolen property.
