The Bodak Yellow rapper posted the image via her Instagram taken from a behind the scenes photo shoot for Rolling Stone.
She is on the cover of the magazine for July.
The 25-year-old performer sported a retro look with her hair swept back and lashings of make-up applied.
Cardi B is sitting on a chair in black underwear with her large leg and stomach tattoo visible while wearing towering high heels.
She was wearing a black bra and matching bottoms in the photo and looked ready for her shoot.
Cardi B and her fiance, Migos' Offset, are both on next month's magazine cover – this will be her first child.
Since becoming pregnant the former exotic dancer has been seen in a variety of figure hugging outfits.
